REIGN RETREAT
A working retreat for established aesthetics practitioners who are done being busy and ready to be profitable.
Three days in the Wiltshire countryside. A private house, a private chef, an outdoor pool and a sauna — and a room full of aesthetics practitioners who understand your business without you having to explain it.
You'll arrive knowing your clinic could be doing more. You'll leave knowing exactly what you're changing on Monday.
Save My SpaceYou've built something good. So why does it feel like this?
It's okay to admit it..
For three days, I'm taking you out of it completely.
No clinic. No phone going off. No one needing anything from you. Just me, you, and a room of practitioners who are as serious about this as you are.
You'll work on the business properly. The pricing. The numbers. The model underneath it. With people who understand exactly what you're describing, because they're running the same thing.
And in between? You'll eat well. Sleep properly & have the conversations you can't have with anyone else in your life.
You'll learn how to:
Learn to stop seeking permission, stop over-explaining your decisions, and start running your clinic like it belongs to you.
Reconnect with how good you actually are, and start pricing, speaking and showing up like you know it.
Learn the systems that turn a full diary into an actual profit, and stop guessing at numbers you should know by heart.
Set up income that doesn't depend on you being in the room, so a holiday stops costing you a month's revenue.
Build a content strategy with real thinking behind it, so you stop posting on instinct and start posting with a plan.
Grow your revenue, your reputation and your reach, and leave with a plan for the next twelve months rather than the next twelve days.
Why me?
I'm Rebecca Mac, founder of RM Clinics (formerly MC Aesthetics), and a busy mum of two.
I run three clinics with a team of twenty. In under two years I went from burnt out and close to giving up to turning over my first million.
I've coached over 100 aesthetics practitioners since. They've scaled to £90k months, opened clinics, hired their first staff, and built recurring revenue that pays them whether or not the diary is full.
I'm not a marketer who found a niche in aesthetics. I'm a practitioner who built the business first, and I'll tell you exactly how I did it.
Three days from now: You'll know exactly what you're changing, what you're charging, and what you're stopping. And you'll have said it out loud in front of people who'll hold you to it.
Get properly clear on where the business is going, and go home with what you need to keep it moving once the retreat's over.
Sit down with your actual numbers and work out what to stop, what to charge, and what to build next.
