Savage Success Society – Coaching & Membership Agreement

  1. Agreement

This Agreement sets out the terms governing participation in Savage Success Society ("the Programme"), operated by Savage Success Society ("the Company").

By enrolling in the Programme, the participant ("Member") agrees to be bound by these terms.

  1. Programme Services

The Programme may include coaching sessions, mentoring, workshops, training materials, online resources, accountability support, community access, live events, and other services as determined by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to modify, improve, replace, or remove programme content where necessary.

  1. Payment Terms

Programme fees must be paid either:

  • In full prior to commencement; or
  • By an approved monthly payment plan.

All payment plan instalments remain due according to the agreed schedule regardless of attendance, participation level, or use of programme resources.

  1. Failed Payments and Membership Removal

The Member is responsible for maintaining valid payment details and ensuring sufficient funds are available.

Where a payment fails:

  • The Company may attempt to collect the payment again.
  • Access to programme resources may be suspended until payment is successfully received.

The Company reserves the right to remove a Member from the Programme and all associated groups, communities, coaching calls, and membership platforms where:

  • More than two payment collection attempts fail within a single calendar month; or
  • Payments remain unpaid, missed, declined, or outstanding across two consecutive monthly billing periods.

Removal for non-payment does not waive the Member's obligation to pay any outstanding sums due under this Agreement.

Reinstatement is solely at the discretion of the Company and may require payment of outstanding balances and any applicable reactivation fee.

  1. Elite Programme Progression

Upon successful completion of the six-month Savage Success Society Programme, Members may be offered a discounted progression rate into the Elite Programme.

The discounted progression rate is only available where the Member enrols immediately following completion of the Programme and maintains uninterrupted membership.

If the Member allows any gap, pause, cancellation, lapse, or break in membership before joining the Elite Programme, the discounted progression rate will expire automatically.

In such cases, enrolment into the Elite Programme will be subject to the standard published pricing in effect at the date of enrolment.

  1. Coaching Disclaimer

The Programme is designed for educational, mentoring, and personal development purposes.

The Company does not guarantee any specific business, financial, personal, professional, or lifestyle results.

Results vary between individuals and depend on factors including effort, commitment, implementation, experience, and circumstances beyond the Company's control.

  1. Member Responsibilities

Members agree to:

  • Participate respectfully and professionally.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding other members' information.
  • Take responsibility for implementing advice, strategies, and recommendations.
  • Comply with all community guidelines and programme rules.
  1. Confidentiality

The Company agrees to treat Member information confidentially, except where disclosure is required by law.

Members agree not to disclose confidential information shared by coaches, staff, or fellow participants during coaching sessions, events, or community discussions.

  1. Intellectual Property

All programme materials, recordings, worksheets, frameworks, presentations, templates, resources, and content remain the intellectual property of Savage Success Society.

Members may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, share, publish, or commercially exploit any programme content without prior written permission.

  1. Session Recordings

The Company may record group coaching sessions, workshops, or training calls for educational and training purposes.

By participating, Members consent to such recordings and acknowledge that recordings may be made available to other authorised members.

  1. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate membership immediately where a Member:

  • Fails to comply with these terms;
  • Engages in abusive, disruptive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful behaviour;
  • Fails to meet payment obligations; or
  • Acts in a manner likely to damage the reputation or operation of the Programme.

No refund shall be payable following termination for breach of these terms.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's liability arising from participation in the Programme shall be limited to the amount paid by the Member for the Programme.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, business, financial, or personal losses arising from participation in the Programme.

  1. Refund Policy

All fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing by the Company.

  1. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will become effective upon publication or notification to Members.

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

For a UK coaching business taking monthly payments, I would recommend using the comprehensive version as your official agreement and the simple version as a summary on your checkout page. That approach is usually much stronger if a payment dispute or chargeback occurs.
